Spellcasting: Spontaneous, Cha-based, CL=class level.

Charnel Touch(Su): AT=S, melee touch attack d12+1/4 lvl negative energy damage. May be delivered via spectral hand. At will.

Rebuke Undead(Su): Turning level equal lvl. 3+Cha or lvl whichever is less per day. Also you may treat your Dread Necromancer's spells as a divine spell for purposes of applying divine feats to them.

Damage Reduction(Su): bludgeoning and magic.

Advanced Learning(Ex): May add sor/wiz necromancy spell of up to highest level you can cast to your spell known.

Bonus Feat: Any feat that benefits creation or controlling undead, Divine feat or sudden metamagic feat.

Mental Bastion(Ex): Bonus on saving throws against sleep, stunning, paralysis, poison or disease.

Fear Aura(Su): A=1, opponent must make WW save or become shaken until end of encounter.

Fotrification(Ex):

Familiar: Ghostly Visage only. 

Undead Mastery(Ex): 

Negative Energy Resistance(Ex): +4 0n saves against negative energy. Also this ability reduces rate of corruption from necromancy spells.

Enervating Touch(Su):  AT=S, melee touch attack bestows 2 negative levels. May be delivered via spectral hand. At will.
* Improved: 4 negative levels.

Lich Transformation: Become a Lich, LA is ignored.
